Terms of Service (TOS) – FluxFacile
These Terms of Service (TOS) define the terms and conditions for accessing and using the FluxFacile platform, accessible in particular via the website pro.fluxfacile.fr.
The platform allows users to access a management workspace, manage their organisation and, where applicable, subscribe to services by creating projects.
Any use of the platform implies full and unconditional acceptance of these TOS.
Access to the platform is free in its basic version.
This version allows the creation of a user account, access to a management workspace and consultation of the services offered.
Access to paid services is subject to the creation of a project and acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTS) and the associated contract.
FluxFacile reserves the right to modify, suspend or interrupt access to all or part of the platform at any time, without notice.
The user must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration.
The user is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials (email address, password, two-factor authentication).
Any action taken from the account is deemed to have been carried out by the user.
FluxFacile reserves the right to suspend any account containing inaccurate or suspicious information.
The user may invite collaborators to access their workspace.
The user is responsible for the rights granted to those users and for their actions.
FluxFacile cannot be held liable for actions carried out by collaborators authorised by the client.
The user undertakes not to attempt to:
Any attempt at intrusion, exploitation of a vulnerability or abusive use will result in the immediate suspension of the account and may be subject to legal proceedings.
The user undertakes to use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
In particular, the following are prohibited:
The user is solely responsible for the data they transmit, store or process via the platform.
FluxFacile exercises no prior control over content.
The user warrants that they hold all necessary rights over the data used.
The platform allows services to be activated by creating projects.
Each project is subject to a specific contractual framework and may result in invoicing.
Validating a project constitutes acceptance of the associated contractual terms.
FluxFacile reserves the right to suspend or delete an account or access in the event of:

FluxFacile implements all reasonable means to ensure the availability of the platform.
However, interruptions may occur, particularly for maintenance or technical incidents.
FluxFacile does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability.
The user is responsible for backing up their data unless otherwise stated in a specific subscribed service.
FluxFacile cannot be held liable for data loss resulting from misuse or the absence of a backup.

The platform, its code, architecture and graphic elements are the exclusive property of FluxFacile.
Any reproduction, modification or exploitation without authorisation is prohibited.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the fluxfacile.fr website.
FluxFacile reserves the right to modify these TOS at any time.
In the event of a material change, users will be notified.
These TOS are governed by French law.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction where FluxFacile's registered office is located, unless otherwise required by law.
The user acknowledges having read these TOS and accepts them unconditionally upon creating their account.
